Landscape, Leaf & Lake Services
CLP handles the full scope of landscape upkeep beyond turf — including seasonal leaf service, lake and pond edge trimming, walking trail maintenance and repair, and general landscape improvements. Properties with water features and wooded areas require specialized attention, and our crews are equipped for it.
Lake trimming keeps shoreline vegetation controlled and your waterfront looking sharp. Walking trail maintenance includes clearing, grading, and surface repair to keep amenity trails safe and usable. Leaf service is available as a seasonal add-on or as part of a full-service maintenance agreement.

Property Repairs & Infrastructure
CLP goes beyond grounds maintenance to handle the property repairs that keep your community safe and functional. Our repair services are available to properties on full-service maintenance agreements as well as on a project basis. We document all repair work with before-and-after photos and coordinate directly with property managers and HOA boards.

CLP offers specialty services that add real value to your community throughout the year — including professional Christmas décor package installation and takedown, storm cleanup and emergency response, and other seasonal programs. These services are available to managed properties and on a standalone basis.
Our Christmas décor packages are designed for HOA entrances, clubhouses, and commercial properties. We handle delivery, installation, and full takedown and storage coordination. Storm cleanup is prioritized for properties on our maintenance roster, with 24-hour emergency response available.
